Winemaking:
The fermentation takes places in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-18 °C, after putting selected yeasts in the must, clarified by decantation. The alcoholic fermentation lasts about 10 days. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until its bottling.

This wine is straw-yellow and has a fruity and clear scent; it is a balanced wine in its various components.
