Traditional winemaking through maceration in steel tanks
for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. The separation of must from skins is obtained through gentle pressing. The must keeps on fermenting for about 8 days at a temperature of nearly 25 °C.
Organoleptic description
The wine is ruby red, with a agreable, full flavor. High notes of berries, interesting polyphenolic components related to noble tannins, high typicality.
